UM Higher Education Foundation is now accepting scholarship

The United Methodist Higher Education Foundation is now accepting scholarship applications for the 2021-2022 school year. If you (or students you know) are planning to attend a United Methodist-related college, university, or seminary in the Fall of 2021, you are invited to apply for a variety of scholarships available through the United Methodist Higher Education Foundation (UMHEF).

APPLICATION DEADLINE
Applications and required supporting materials must be submitted by March 1, 2021.

BASIC ELIGIBILITY & IMPORTANT NOTES

You must be a full member of a United Methodist Church for at least one year.You must be enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at a United Methodist-related college, university, or seminary for the 2021-2022 school year. A list of these schools can be found here.Some UMHEF scholarships have additional unique or specific criteria established by the fund/donor; we will help match you to those scholarships for which you qualify after receiving your completed application. Please read through the application instructions carefully before begining your application.Please include an email address that you check on a regular basis; this is how UMHEF will communicate with you about your application.If you received a UMHEF scholarship last year, you must reapply for the 2021-2022 academic year. All applications are considered on an individual basis.
International students, for which a limited number of scholarship funds are available, may apply using the General Named Endowed Scholarship application.UMHEF scholarships are separate from those awarded by the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry (GBHEM). You must apply for those scholarships separately.
